Licensed Clinician – Therapist‍

Telehealth (FL) | Full-time

Horizon West Counseling is a growing group practice serving busy adults. We’re looking for a Florida licensed clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our warm, supportive, and collaborative virtual practice.

‍What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients via telehealth.
• Conduct intakes, sessions, and documentation in EMR.
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed, polyvagal-informed).
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctoral-level clinician, fully licensed in FL.
• Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions.
• Strong interest in working with professionals and/or LGBTQ+ individuals.

Salary range

$60,000 - $70,000 per year
